What are the fees?

The Starter Package is offered at $149 per month

Please visit WHAT'S INCLUDED to learn more. Your monthly plan fee is based on Transaction Volume and the options selected.

Are there transactions limits?

What is a transaction? 

one line item on your business bank account or credit card statements 


Package limits are: 

Starter = 60/month

Enhanced = 200/month

Professional = 350/month


What if I exceed these limits? 

All service packages contain a "fair use provision". After a 3 month complimentary transitional period, additional usage charges will be applied as follows:


50 transaction block = $37.50

100 transaction block = $65.00

150 transaction block = $75.00     

I am a New Contracting business can you help?

Will I be charged extra?

No! We don't believe in surprises. We create a custom packages to suit any business. If you need additional options as your business evolves and changes no problem! Changes to your package plan can be made at any time 

Can I cancel?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. You are not locked into a contract and your service is month to month

What are your payment terms?

Services are paid monthly on the 1st day of the month. Preauthorized credit card payment information is required upon set up

What if I am not up to date with my accounting records?

You are not the first and you won't be the last. Many businesses come to us with catch up work. Visit CATCH UP YOUR BOOKS for more information

Do you work with all accounting software?

No. Our custom packages are built with efficiency in mind. We utilize a specific combination of programs and applications in order to deliver this incredible value to you. We are Intuit Certified ProAdvisors using QuickBooks® Online and all the apps that integrate.

How do I get my paperwork to you?

Technology allows for us to create a paperless office. You can learn more on our HOW DOES IT WORK page


Automatic retrieval of your bank and credit card statements and many vendor invoices is available during the on board process. Additionally, you can take photos of receipts, invoices and forward documents via email to your business storage portal in the Cloud. 

Is my data secure?

Data security is a top priority. We work only with applications that take an extensive, layered approach to security, integrating industry-leading security measures into procedures, applications and infrastructure.
